Job description
Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a General Manager in Orlando, FL to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club. You will lead a team of managers and hourly staff, ensuring hospitality excellence and strong guest experiences.
You will manage operations, financial targets, and people development, while upholding Cooper’s Hawk values and standards. The role requires 2+ years GM experience and flexibility for long hours in a dynamic environment.
