Sauna House Bonita Springs is seeking a General Manager to lead a location, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safe, profitable operations.
You will own the location's P&L, supervise scheduling and HR with fairness, and engage with the community to develop the brand and drive membership growth. The role requires 3+ years of leadership in hospitality and a hospitality-first mindset.
