Job description
Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations and guest relations at a busy property. You will recruit, train, and motivate a 6-12 member staff, uphold brand standards, and drive occupancy through in-house sales and community relationships.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
