Job description
Dive into Blue Water! Were a fast-growing hospitality crew, bringing joy through RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions since 2002. From cozy campsites to splashy water parks to luxe suites, we create unforgettable guest experiences.
Camp Host responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, performing routine maintenance, cleaning lights, and possibly collecting campground fees. Using a creative assortment of methods, assist in promoting recreation operations and activities to internal and external sources.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
Basic writing and computer skills
The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike, and/or drive a golf cart, and move around freely with guests
Support all company policies and procedures

Helping guests solve problems
Cleaning exterior and interior facilities (particularly bathroom buildings)
Provide information about the resort and local attractions
Picking up litter throughout the complex
The Camp Host will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Assistant General Manager.
Previous customer service experience required
Working in an outdoor setting, the employee must be able to perform in all types of weather conditions.
