Job description
The Pfister Hotel, Milwaukee, seeks an exceptional Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations and associate engagement. You will partner with hotel leaders to oversee employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and talent development, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
With 3–5 years in progressive HR roles and management experience, you will drive labor relations, policy updates, and HRIS utilization while supporting managers across the organization.
