Job description
Biltmore Workforce Management in Asheville, NC, seeks an HR Business Partner to support talent, engagement, inclusion, coaching and broader HR services across the company.
As the primary HR contact for leaders and staff, you will lead employee relations investigations, advise managers, drive recruitment, development, and program initiatives, and partner with L&D and compliance teams. Candidates should have 5+ years HR experience and a college degree with strong MS Office skills.
