Job description
Great Wolf Lodge in Maryland is seeking a General Manager to oversee all lodge operations, lead department heads, and act as the brand ambassador. You will develop financial strategy, forecast budgets, ensure staffing aligns with forecasts, and drive guest satisfaction through service excellence.
Requires 5+ years of hospitality leadership at director level, budgeting experience, and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Hospitality or Business. This is a full-time, on-site role at the lodge.
