Proper Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead in Santa Monica with 5–7+ years of hospitality marketing experience. Drive brand visibility, craft compelling content, and align messaging across digital, social, press, and events.
You’ll manage shoots, oversee partnerships, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure consistent brand voice. The role requires strong writing, AI-assisted content capabilities, and expertise in WordPress, Canva, Klaviyo, Brandfolder, and Asana.
