Job description
TownePlace Suites Seguin seeks a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, ensuring cleanliness and friendly service in every room and space. You will oversee managers, drive consistency through checklists, and maintain safety and guest satisfaction goals.
You will supervise, train, and coach staff, coordinate onboarding, reporting, and audits, and uphold brand standards across all shifts to create a welcoming guest experience.
