Shaner Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Hotel Don Fernando de Taos, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Taos, New Mexico. The role focuses on controlling costs, achieving financial goals, and supporting guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.
The ideal candidate has management experience in hospitality, knowledge of budgets, and strong leadership abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and familiarity with property management systems is preferred.
