Pura Vida Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team in delivering a warm, efficient guest experience while promoting the health benefits of nutrient-rich recipes. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee service standards, inventory, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of managerial hospitality experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to educate guests about products.
