Job description
Leap Brands is seeking a results-driven Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO in driving operational excellence across a growing restaurant portfolio. You will translate brand vision into scalable, cross-location execution while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in hospitality leadership, 3–5 years in an executive role, and a proven track record of scaling multi-unit concepts, with strong P&L discipline and team development.
