Hospitality Operations ManagerTWF's Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing division runs captain-led, W-2 teams at hotels, venues, caterers, and corporate events. Each market needs a Hospitality Operations Manager who owns day-of execution: captain coordination, client onsite presence, escalations, and shift logistics.Hospitality operators with field-leadership background. Former banquet captains, hotel F&B managers, event ops leaders, or catering operations directors. You know how to walk a ballroom 60 minutes before doors open, brief a team of 40, and adapt when the client changes the menu at 4 PM.On-site execution for TWF events in your marketCaptain coordination and shift logisticsClient onsite presence and escalation handlingPre-event planning calls with clientsPost-event reporting to TWF leadershipQuality assurance against TWF service standards$0 retainer. 3-5% of event revenue for events you personally manage. Optional $50-90/hr for pre-event planning hours. Self-funding because your pay attaches to events you execute.Per-event commission means your earnings scale with the events you own.
