Job description
Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and tactical HR support for operations teams, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
You will partner with leaders to deliver Enlightened Hospitality, lead training, ensure policy consistency, and guide managers through payroll, leaves, and employment law updates.
