Job description
Aloft Lake Nona in Orlando, FL is seeking an Area People Services Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You will support the area director in day-to-day HR operations and help attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of People Services management, a Bachelor's in HR, and HRIS/ATS experience (iCIMS/UKG a plus). This role requires on-site presence in Orlando and collaboration with hotel teams.
