Job description
Newmark is looking to recruit an Analyst in their New York office to support the Debt, Equity & Structured Finance team, primarily focusing on hospitality transactions. The Analyst will engage in tasks such as financial modeling, market research, and preparing pitch materials. This is an opportunity to work within a leading real estate investment banking team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality finance, excellent analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A competitive salary range of $145,000 to $150,000 annually is offered, along with a robust benefits package.
