Job description
Residence Inn Austin-University Area is seeking a Director of Sales to lead group bookings, drive ADR and occupancy, and expand market share for the hotel. You will oversee the sales and events teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure profitable performance.
The role requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree, supervisory hospitality experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills. Travel locally as needed and represent the property in community events.
