Job description
Fairfield Inn & Suites Rogers, part of MCR, seeks a Sales Director to drive group bookings, ADR growth and occupancy. You will oversee the sales and events function, build client relationships, and lead an on-site team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, supervisory hospitality experience, and strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills to maintain market presence and profitability for the brand.
