Job description
The Phoenix Scottsdale Old Town Home2 Suites, operated by MCR Hotels, seeks a Director of Sales to lead group bookings, drive ADR and occupancy growth, and expand market share. You will maximize revenue, control expenses, and oversee the sales and events teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, executing proposals and contracts, and representing the hotel at industry events and sales calls, with flexibility in hours as needed.
