Job description
Shaner Hotels’ Fairfield Inn Dayton Water Street is seeking a Director of Sales to lead all sales efforts, build meaningful client relationships, and drive top-line revenue in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
You will oversee the Sales department, manage the annual budget, collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders, and develop new markets, packages, and events to maximize occupancy and growth.
