Job description
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to join our team in New Jersey. This role leads sales strategy, pricing guidance, and customer relationships across our portfolio of hotels, with a focus on revenue growth and market share.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing and at least 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience with leadership responsibilities. Travel and flexible hours are required.
