Job description
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales efforts across business transient, group business, and banquet catering. You will drive revenue, expand market share, and build lasting relationships that fuel the hotel's growth and profitability.
You will lead and develop the sales team, set strategy and goals, and serve as a key ambassador within the local market.
