Job description
Highgate Hotels seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing at Tru by Hilton Orlando Convention Center to lead top-line revenue across group, catering and transient segments. You will drive market analysis and competitive reviews while guiding the property sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed budgets.
You will develop a comprehensive marketing communications plan, oversee the sales and marketing budget, and align strategies with revenue management.
