Job description
Graves Hospitality's DoubleTree by Hilton Racine Harbourwalk is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to position the hotel in the marketplace and drive revenue growth through strategic leadership of sales, marketing, revenue management and guest services.
You will report to the General Manager, guide a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, develop annual plans, and collaborate with corporate resources to optimize pricing and promotions.
