Now Hiring: Hospitality Supervisor (Full-Time!)
Friendship Village Tempe
Do you love great service, leading a team, and creating memorable dining experiences? We're looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and top-tier service to our dining venues!
Schedule:
Sundays 9:00am-5:30pm, Wednesday through Saturday: 10:30am-7:00pm plus holidays are required
Pay:
$24.20 - $26.62/hr DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise service teams in our Buffet, Nunnenkamp, and other dining venues
Lead pre-shift menu reviews and ensure smooth service from start to finish
Greet residents and guests, assist with seating, menus, and special requests
Visit tables, check satisfaction, and coach staff on excellent service
Maintain service, safety, and sanitation standards
Oversee cleaning, side work, restocking, and special event setup
Support training, scheduling, and communication with leadership
Step in where needed to keep dining running flawlessly
What We're Looking For:
3+ years leading a hospitality or dining team (5+ staff)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts
Food handler's card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail
