Job description
Starwood Hotels is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead the recruitment lifecycle for our property, partnering with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You will help build a diverse pipeline of talent aligned with the 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars.
The role requires 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or high-volume environments, and a flexible schedule to support a 24-hour operation.
