Job description
CAVA in Massachusetts is seeking Team Leaders to bring our hospitality-focused culture to life across our restaurant doors. You will lead daily operations, support the General Manager and Assistant GM, and coach Team Members to deliver great guest experiences.
This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and maintaining standards for food safety, cleanliness, and timely service. On shift, you’ll delegate tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive dining environment.
