Job description
CAVA is seeking a Team Leader at our Victor Crossing location to lead daily operations, support a positive work environment, and ensure top guest experiences. You will collaborate with restaurant leadership to train and empower Team Members, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Ideal candidates will coach staff, manage opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling, and uphold CAVA's hospitality culture.
