Job description
CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to bring our mission and values to life in our restaurants. As a TL, you will lead daily operations, uphold hospitality, and support the training and development of Team Members to ensure great guest experiences.
You’ll work closely with managers to delegate duties, maintain standards, manage openings and closings, and assist with inventory, ordering, and cash handling as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
