Hospitality Team Member (Nights)Chick-fil-A York Road is a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurant serving the Cockeysville & Lutherville-Timonium communities. We offer a positive, team-based work environment which supports and encourages team members to grow as individuals.We are looking for new Team Members for Hospitality/Customer Service positions who have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.A Chick-fil-A team member performs guest service duties including greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Additional team member duties include drive-thru order taking, operating the drive-thru window, meal delivery, dining room hospitality, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean store environment. Drive-Thru order taking is a task performed year round, and will include periods in cold, heat and other inclement weather. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills.Part Time positions availableMonday – Saturday 2pm - 11:30pmRequirementsMust have reliable transportationMust work SaturdaysMust be 16+ years oldExperience in food service strongly preferredMust be able to operate a computerized cash register, handle money and complete transactions accuratelyMust have excellent communication, decision making, and leadership skillsMust be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer serviceMust be able to work in a team environment and on your ownMust be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hoursMust be able to lift 50 lbsCompensationThis part time position offers compensation $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
