What You'll Do
As a Host at Bamboo Sushi, you'll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. You'll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service, thoughtful seating, and a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service
Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards

What You Bring
Friendly, professional, and guest-first attitude
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
Interest in learning about Japanese cuisine and beverage offerings
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing hospitality role
Familiarity with dining room service standards and procedures
