Job description
Mugshots Grill and Bar is s eeking experienced, enthusiastic Hosts to join our team in D'Iberville, MS! I n this role, the Host will be responsible for providing fast service and great hospitality for our to-go guests. Full-time and part-time positions are immediately available. Must have weekend and evening availability! If you thrive in a fun and fast-paced work environment, we would love to have you at Mugshots Grill and Bar!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes accurate orders by phone or in person, organizes food orders, and delivers to guests
Possesses knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to guests
Ensures an exceptional to-go experience for every guest
Answers phone and assists guests with placing to-go orders
Enters orders in proper sequence
REQUIREMENTS Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills
Strong oral communication and telephone skills
Be flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met
Able to operate POS system for transactions
