Job description
As a Host at Marriott, you are the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, welcoming arrival experience in our Hospitality & Travel environment. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate with servers and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow. You’ll answer questions about menus, hotel amenities, and local attractions, while upholding Marriott’s “Putting People First” values. Success in this role requires strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting, delivering consistently exceptional guest service.
