Job description
Host/Hostess
Looking for the perfect candidate to assist in providing an outstanding experience to our guests.
Full-time or part-time position.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet guests and escort them to their table.
Receive and record reservations by phone or in person.
Check floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness.
Provide information to guests as requested.
Perform other restaurant and customer service-related requests to guests
Clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked, check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Computer literacy
Must have a good presentation.
Team player attitude
Answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule
Work authorization
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
