Host/Hostess Wanted at Bar Symon
United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Hosts to join their team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team at Bar Symon, where exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and manage seating/waitlist rotation.
Communicate accurate wait times.
Maintain host stand cleanliness and organization.
Assist with to go orders when needed.
Assist servers when needed.
Turn around tables and assist with expo.
Provide excellent guest service.
Job Requirements
Stands for long periods
Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
Is legally able to work in the U.S.
Is able to pass a federal background check
Executes tasks independently
Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
Works in or around large crowds
