Essential Job Functions
Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting them menus and helping them settle comfortably, reflecting our high service standards
Maintain the elegant set-up of our dining area, ensuring it remains a reflection of the Hilton's prestigious brand
Assist across various hotel departments when needed, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to outstanding guest service
Uphold our commitment to a safe working environment for both staff and guests as specified in our Associate Handbook
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to read and understand important service documents and to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and dining etiquette
Capable of moving safely and efficiently in a busy environment, managing physical demands with ease
Professional demeanor at all times, treating every guest and co-worker with respect and courtesy
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Ability to engage in physical activities such as walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating through the dining area
Prepared to stand and remain active for extended periods during an 8-hour shift, with the ability to manage tasks both indoors and outdoors in a moderately noisy setting
