Host/Hostess - Fine Dining Restaurant
Join our Churrascos fine dining establishment as a Host/Hostess, where your warm hospitality and professional demeanor will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover
Maintain a waitlist and communicate wait times accurately to guests
Assist guests with seating, providing menus and answering initial questions
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of service
Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
Support the team in maintaining a high standard of guest experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a host/hostess in a high-end or fine dining restaurant preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
