Our hosts greet and seat all arriving guests and acknowledge all departing guests in a friendly manner and assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant. Our hosts provide the guests first and last impression. This position requires no previous experience but a great personality is a must. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Essential functions include:
Directing patrons to coatrooms and waiting areas such as lounges.
Informing patrons of establishment specialties and features.
Inspecting dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
Speaking with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints.
Keeping all lines for entry and waiting areas well maintained and orderly.
Being aware of anyone tampering with memorabilia.
Aiding in maintaining the privacy of celebrities by keeping other customers away from their table.
Qualifications include:
Working under pressure - ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
Resource management (people & equipment) - ability to obtain and appropriate the proper usage of equipment, facilities, materials, as well as personnel.
Friendly - ability to exhibit a cheerful demeanor toward others.
Guest oriented - ability to take care of the guests' needs while following company procedures.
