Host / Greeter at a High-Volume Fresh Seafood Restaurant

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Greeter to create a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role
