Host
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists.
Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using reservation and seating management software.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Training in conflict resolution or customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process to optimize table turnover and guest comfort.
Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait time estimates to guests.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
