Job Summary
The Host/Hostess is the guest's first impression of Exit 4. You'll greet, seat, organize the flow of service, and help keep the front of house running smoothly in a fast-paced restaurant.
Key Duties
Warmly greet all guests with a smile and positive energy
Manage the waitlist, seating flow, and floor plan
Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service
Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
Support the team with basic side work during busy times
Provide quick, friendly, solution-focused guest assistance
Uphold Exit 4 hospitality standards at all times
Compensation
$20 per hour + tips
