Position Overview
Lock & Load Miami is looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Hostess/ Sales associate to provide an outstanding guest experience. This role is the first point of contact for many visitors and is essential to creating a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience.
No prior firearms experience is required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay of $23.50 per hour , with opportunities to earn up to $27.00 per hour
Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance and additional benefits
Full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20–30 hours/week) positions available
Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 1–5 days per week

Requirements
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in English (required); Spanish or additional languages are a plus
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or tourism preferred
Comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling procedures (training provided)
Professional phone etiquette
Experience using POS systems and reservation software is a plus
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
Explain available experiences, packages, and services with confidence
Process sales using a restaurant-style POS system
Schedule reservations and manage bookings
Keep guest areas, retail space, classrooms, break room, and restrooms clean and organized
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Learn firearm safety procedures and become knowledgeable about the firearms offered; competency is evaluated after training
Assist with opening and closing duties
Assist with basic social media engagement when needed
Schedule
Applicants should be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Operating Hours
Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This is an in-person position. Remote work is not available.
