Hostler Mechanic (Part-Time).

Pacific Rail Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Hostler Mechanic to join our team in Pittsburgh. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a dynamic railroad and terminal environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on hostlers and terminal equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and operational condition.
Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
Qualifications: Mechanical experience required.
Must provide your own tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Railroad, diesel, heavy equipment, or automotive maintenance experience preferred.
Position Details: Part-Time Position.
