Job description
A&R Group is seeking an Asset & Development Manager to own portfolio analysis, capital planning, and performance across our Gulf Coast and Southeast hotels. You’ll drive P&L variance analysis, lead renovations and PIPs, and coordinate budgets, funding, and lender reporting from within ownership.
In this hands-on role, you’ll manage debt, forecast operating results, and ensure capital projects align with brand standards.
