Job description
Join Marriott as a Luggage and Shuttle Attendant and be the first welcoming face for our guests. In this front-of-house role, you will greet arrivals, safely handle luggage, coordinate and operate hotel shuttles, and provide clear directions and local recommendations. You’ll monitor shuttle schedules, assist guests with mobility needs, and ensure vehicles and lobby areas remain clean and organized. Working in a collaborative team, you’ll uphold Marriott’s service standards, support smooth daily operations, and build your hospitality skills with opportunities for long-term growth and development.
