Job description
Join Marriott as a Luggage and Shuttle Attendant, supporting smooth arrivals and departures for hotel guests. In this front-line role, you’ll warmly greet guests, safely handle and store luggage, assist with loading/unloading baggage, and operate the hotel shuttle to and from designated locations. You’ll provide clear directions, answer guest questions, and coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure timely pickups. The role requires excellent customer service, safe driving, attention to detail, and strict adherence to Marriott safety, security, and service standards on every shift.
