Job description
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Statesville is seeking a Chief Engineer to maintain the hotel’s facilities, including building structure, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will oversee guest areas, manage rehab and expansion projects, and ensure cost-effective maintenance for safe operation.
You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and coordinate with inspectors. The job requires physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent indoor/outdoor tasks.
