Job description
Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel, part of StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a dynamic Chief Engineer to lead maintenance operations. You will oversee refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment, while guiding a team and coordinating with other departments.
This role requires strong organizational skills, budget participation, and the ability to work with architects and contractors. EPA HVAC certification and a solid guest-service mindset are essential.
