Job description
Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Director of Engineering for DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport. The role leads the Engineering team to ensure reliable hotel infrastructure, oversees maintenance, and drives preventative programs to uphold guest satisfaction and safety.
You will lead hiring, training, and performance management, manage budgets, and coordinate safety compliance while maintaining high operational standards across the property.
