Job description
Peachtree Group in Birmingham, AL seeks a Chief Engineer to manage the hotel engineering department's operations, safety, and profitability. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate predictive maintenance, and ensure life safety systems meet code.
You will respond to alarms, oversee vendor contracts, participate in energy conservation, and ensure ADA compliance while maintaining equipment, inventories, and daily work orders.
